The leading DIY retailer in the three Baltic states, which is operated as a joint venture between Finnish retail giant Kesko and the Rakauskas family, is also testing Vusion&#8217;s Captana solution for automatic inventory control using shelf cameras and computer vision. The retailer will initially introduce this solution in the detergent and electrical appliance sectors.<\/p><p>The DIY store operator wants to use the digital labels not only to automatically display its prices and promotions, but also to optimise shelf maintenance by its employees: Senukai also plans to display the system inventory data on the digital shelf labels and have the LED lights flash for products that need to be restocked.<\/p><p>Senukai will begin rolling out Vusion&#8217;s solutions in the household appliances and IT equipment departments in all Senukai stores. This project phase is scheduled to last six months. Hansab is the implementation partner. The company was also actively involved in selling Vusion&#8217;s solutions to Senukai.<\/p><h3><strong>Next Vusion win in the DIY sector<\/strong><\/h3><p>The roll-out of Vusion&#8217;s solution is then scheduled to take place after six months and will continue into 2027.
