Shoppers can always keep track of their spending\r\nand pay cashless for their goods directly in the app without waiting at the\r\ncheckout.\r\n<h3>Mishipay also works without an app<\/h3>\r\nUnlike many other Scan&amp;Go solutions, customers do not necessarily have\r\nto download the Mishipay app before shopping. The system also works via\r\nbrowser on the customer&#8217;s device. For this, they simply have to scan a QR\r\ncode and can then use all shopping and payment functions online.\r\n\r\nCustomers rate the system positively. They gave the Scan&amp;Go application\r\nan average of 4.74 out of 5 possible stars. Flying Tiger Copenhagen reports\r\nthat 100,000 customers had shopped with Mishipay in the first phase of the\r\ndeployment. CEO Martin Jermiin confirms that the company was able to\r\nincrease not only customer experience but also store efficiency.\r\nScan&amp;Go users left the shops with on average 35% higher shopping\r\nbaskets. In addition, store employees have real-time access to information\r\non shopping behaviour and extensive analytics.\r\n\r\nMishipay&#8217;s Scan&amp;Go technology is also used by grocery retailers Spar\r\nand Eroski, duty-free group Dufry, French home improvement retailer Leroy\r\nMerlin and lifestyle retailer Muji from Japan. Swiss software house Instore\r\nSolutions, specialised in innovative store technologies, is implementing\r\nMishipay technology in the DACH region.
