Waitrose is currently rolling out electronic shelf labels from the Korean supplier SoluM. The British supermarket operator of the John Lewis Partnership has now equipped more than 200 of its about 420 stores with the technology.

Slowly but surely, electronic shelf labels (ESL) are also becoming widespread in the United Kingdom. With Lincolnshire Co-op, another regional retail company has now decided to equip 100 stores with digital labels by the end of the year.
