Eroski optimises its store operations with VusionGroup

Spanish Eroski Group will equip all its hypermarkets and larger stores with solutions from VusionGroup to optimise store operations and improve customer communication. The leading retailer in northern Spain will implement VusionCloud and VusionGroup’s digital shelf labels. The rollout of these solutions at Eroski is well underway.

Eroski will use VusionGroup’s technologies to replace paper labelling and optimise processes in its stores. Customer communication will also be improved through accurate pricing and clear product and promotional information. The retailer aims for this to strengthen customer trust and create a consistently pleasant shopping experience.

The technologies developed by VusionGroup enable the northern Spanish retail company to automate price labelling, reduce errors and save time and operating costs. The digital labels use flashing LEDs to guide employees to the right products, helping to replenish shelves more quickly. In addition, important data is displayed to employees on the shelves to optimise workflows in the store.

Roll-out has already begun
