Geqoio takes on CAS AG’s retail-established data management solution

CAS AG has given its RealTime Data Hub (RDH) – a data management and portal solution popular in the retail sector – a new home, where it will be developed with a focused approach and marketed independently of the consulting business. Led by managers from CAS AG and former top executives from Lobster Data, newly founded company Geqoio will focus entirely on this intelligent data management platform (iDMP).

CAS AG has very successfully implemented the solution in consulting projects at companies such as Landgard – as reported by The Retail Optimiser – Tegut, the branded goods manufacturer Storck, and the steel pipe trading company Hoberg & Driesch. The chemical company Brenntag and the waste management operation of the City of Frankfurt am Main, FES, also use the solution.

Users unanimously praise the software for its ability to connect data from their entire system landscape in real time without any programming effort, to optimise data quality through validation in integrated quality gates – all at a reasonable price.

Seamless Data Provision

Geqoio is committed to continuously developing this successful solution and marketing it independently of consulting projects through a licensing model that is attractive to users. “Many companies already have enormous amounts of data but are unable to fully leverage its potential. Our solution makes data available where and how it’s needed – in real time and without complex hurdles,” explains Christian Tabernig, who co-manages the company as CEO alongside Frank Austel.

Geqoio’s platform is based on an open data architecture. Through standardised interfaces such as REST API, MCI and CDC, AI models for data enrichment and quality assurance can be easily integrated. In addition, the platform includes analytics and BI functions as well as data integration connectors as standard features.
