Waitrose wants to streamline cash handling at its supermarkets using systems from specialist Glory. The British retailer will install a total of 285 CI-100X cash recyclers in the back offices of its larger stores. The rollout has already begun.

The cash handling specialist Glory Global Solutions intends to completely acquire British POS software provider Flooid. With the acquisition, the Japanese technology supplier aims to expand its retail portfolio beyond the cash handling machine business.
