Rossmann is expanding the use of Service Now’s workflow automation platform to further fields to support its staff more efficiently through standardised, transparent service and support processes.

Rossmann has commissioned Diebold Nixdorf (DN) to provide managed services for operation and monitoring of its store technologies. The implementation of the Service Now platform in September this year is intended to digitise and simplify internal service processes between stores and headquarters.
