Amazon Whole Foods pilots fully automated vertical farming with Auto Store and One Point One

Whole Foods is trialling delivery of fresh herbs and leafy vegetables from a fully automated vertical farm to selected stores in Phoenix, Arizona. The technology, developed by Auto Store and One Point One, produces ready-to-harvest vegetables locally and climate-friendly twice as fast as traditional farming.
