Fnac Darty has selected Fluent Commerce as order management system. The French retailer of consumer electronics, domestic appliances wants to standardise processes across its sales channels by 2030 and improve how it manages inventory, product availability and order status.

JD.com has opened its first physical retail outlets in Europe. At initially two automated pick-up stations in the Netherlands, members of the retailer’s new warehouse club, dubbed Ochama, can pick up their online purchases on the same day.
