Auchan is testing Trigo in addition to Cloudpick

French retail group Auchan has started testing scanless technology from Israeli provider Trigo at its headquarters in Villeneuve d'Ascq this week. The store, called 'Auchan Go Le Lab', is only open to employees and guests of the company. The in-house customers do not necessarily have to register in the corresponding app.

Aeon plans autonomous stores with Cloudpick technology

Japan's Aeon Group will open an autonomous supermarket in Tokyo this summer. A store of its Daiei sales line in the Koto district will be equipped with camera and sensor technology from Chinese start-up Cloudpick.
