Estonian grocery retailer Coop has chosen Vusion and Strongpoint as its exclusive electronic shelf labels suppliers. The rollout is set to begin in the second half of this year with a portion of Coop Estonia’s stores. Strongpoint Baltics will act as the main contractor responsible for installation, service and support.
This project marks the first major digital label rollout since the announced partnership between Strongpoint and Vusion in the beginning of 2025. Strongpoint had previously announced the end of the exclusivity of its long-standing distribution agreement with Pricer. The Retail Optimiser reported.
According to Strongpoint, the total value of the contract across the retailer’s 320 stores could reach 8 million Euros – just for the labels and the initial support – not counting the implementation work and future technical support. With approximately 23 per cent market share, Coop is the largest grocery retailer in Estonia.
Coop Estonia uses multiple Strongpoint solutions

The grocery retailer is using multiple solutions provided by Strongpoint. In June 2025, Coop Estonia has placed an order for the delivery and installation of over 130 self-checkouts as part of their ongoing cooperation. The order covered both the replacement of outdated hardware and the introduction of new NCR Voyix self-checkouts. Coop also installed Strongpoint’s self-scanning solution and its Vensafe in-store collection points.
